The process is simple: select the artwork that speaks to you, add it to your cart, and securely complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is validated.

Do You Offer Installment Payments?
Yes! With PayPal 4X, you can split your payment into 4 interest-free installments (eligibility required). This option is available for purchases between €30 and €2,000. Simply select PayPal at checkout to check your eligibility.

Can I Get a Refund for a Product?
If your item has a defect, contact me within 30 days of receipt at hello@pikdiz.fr. I will find a suitable solution for you.

What Are the Delivery Times?
Each artwork is carefully prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
I ship my artworks worldwide to many countries. However, some destinations are not covered by my logistics partners.
Currently, shipping is available everywhere except:
Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
